Your Hollywoodbets Account Guide | Where to Find Info and What It Means

Hollywoodbets Mobile Login

To access your Hollywoodbets account on a mobile device, you'll need to visit Hollywoodbets and enter your cell number and password into the boxes near the top of your screen. Your cell number goes on the left side and your password goes on the right side. Then click the green "Log In" button to complete the process.

To see your Hollywoodbets Account options, click your account number near the top left of your screen. When using the desktop version of the site, you can access these options by clicking "My Account" in the top right section of the homepage. On the old desktop version of the site, the button is very small and says "Account".

Navigating your Hollywoodbets Account

Opening up the Account section on your mobile device gives you access to the options below:

On the Hollywoodbets desktop site, the options are slightly different, but you can find most of the same functions available, they are just named and ordered differently. For example, to see your Bet History on the desktop site, you must go to "Recent Bets". And to Load a Top Up Voucher, you'll need to select "Redeem Voucher".

Now let's run over these options and what information you can expect to find:

Bet History

Use this section to access all your betting history arranged by date. Your bets can be filtered according to Active Bets, Winning Bets, Losing Bets, Deposits, Withdrawals and Journals. After inputting your search criteria, click Submit to produce the search query results.

My Account

This section includes personal info that can be updated such as Banking Details, Password, and Preferences. Here you can also choose whether you want to receive email notifications and change your betting odds format. Please note you can only change your banking details once on your own, and thereafter contacting customer support is required.

Balance

This section provides a summary of your account balance which is categorised as Available and Pending (mostly due to a deposit being processed). You can also access Recent Bets from this section. Account statements can also be viewed and sorted according to the date of the transaction, much like your Bet History.

Make a Deposit

To make deposits into your Hollywoodbets account, select one of the options you see below. After making a selection you will be redirected to a payment gateway and asked to provide your personal details.

Load Top Up Voucher

This option allows you to deposit into your account using a top-up voucher purchased from selected outlets. You can also buy Airtime, data or SMS bundles for all major networks using funds in your Hollywoodbets account. Use this option to top up your mobile device with data for betting without having to process a withdrawal.

Withdrawal

You can also use the Hollywoodbets Account section to initiate a withdrawal from your betting account. The available options include receiving withdrawals through EFT, Absa Cash Send, Standard Bank Instant Money, Nedbank Send, Imali and FNB e-wallet.

Withdrawals are capped at a maximum of R3 000 per day or R30 000 per month for all methods other than EFT. No withdrawals will be processed from a Hollywoodbets account without FICA documents being approved.

Refer a Friend

Another feature of your Hollywoodbets account is the ability to receive a bonus by referring friends to the site. You can claim a R50 bonus once your friend registers and places a bet of R75 or more.
