Which FICA documents are required?

There are two types of FICA documents required from you to verify your Millionaires Gaming account. The first is a proof of identity document and the second is a proof of address document. All your copies or photos of these documents must be clear with the photos and text easily visible.

✅ Copy of your Identity Document

✅ Copy of your Smart Card ID (both sides)

✅ Copy of your Passport 

2️⃣ PROOF OF ADDRESS (any one of the following):

✅ Copy of a Municipal Rates and Taxes Account/Invoice/Statement  

✅ Copy of a recent Bank Statement (stamped)

How to FICA your Millionaires Gaming account?

Once you've got the FICA documents you need, scan or photograph them and upload the files onto your phone or computer.

To start the Millionaires Gaming FICA process, you must then email your documents to support@mgsportsbetting.co.za. Remember to attach at least one scanned copy/photo of your ID and one scanned copy/photo of your address document. Also, don't forget to include your username.

Once your FICA documents have been verified, you'll receive a R30 Free Bet which you can use to wager on sports. However, any winnings from your Free Bet cannot be withdrawn until you've made a minimum deposit of R30 and bet the full amount at odds of 16/10 (2.60) or greater.

➡️ Millionaires Gaming will not make payment to you of any winnings until you have provided acceptable proof of identity and proof of residence.

➡️ Millionaires Gaming will retain any FICA documents provided for a period of no more than 5 years, as required in terms of FICA.
