Here's how to upload your Sunbet FICA documents:

👉 Register and log in to your Sunbet account.

👉 Click the menu button in the top left of your screen and select "My Account".

👉 Click on "My Profile".

👉 Select "FICA Documentation" at the bottom.

👉 Scroll down and click on "Upload ID / Passport".

👉 Upload the documents from your device.

👉 Click "Submit".

👉 Now click on "Upload proof of address"

👉 Upload the documents from your device.

👉 Click "Submit".

👉 Now click "Request OTP".

👉 Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number or email address into the box.

👉 Click the yellow "Submit" button.

👉 Click the blue "Submit" button.

How long goes it take for my documents to get verified?

It can take up to 48 hours for Sunbet to process your FICA documentation. Once successfully verified, you'll receive confirmation via your registered email address. Congratulations, you're now ready to make your first Sunbet withdrawal!
