Betway Nedbank iMali withdrawal

Was your Betway withdrawal reversed? 

There are a few reasons why your Betway withdrawal might've been reversed. Below we provide a few examples and offer solutions for each of them, so you can get your money as soon as possible!

REASON 1 - WAGERING

You must always bet the amount you deposit in your Betway account at least once before you can request a withdrawal. For example, if you deposit R100 into Betway, you must place bets the value of at least R100.

You cannot place a R20 bet and then request a withdrawal of R80 from your Betway account. Only once you have bet the full R100 you deposited are you eligible to make a withdrawal. 

But you don't have to bet the R100 all at once. For example, if you deposit R100 and place a bet of R20. You can wait until you have some winnings in your Betway account from your first bet before using the remaining R80.

REASON 2 - FICA DOCUMENTS

Ensure your Betway FICA documents are:

✅ No older than 3 months

✅ Clear and legible (no blurry text or photos)

✅ Contain the same information that you provided during sign up (name, physical address, ID/Passport number and other details)
