How to deposit on Supabets

The process for making a Supabets deposit depends on which payment method you use, but the initial steps are all the same, so let's take you through them.

1️⃣ Log in to your Supabets account using your username and password.

2️⃣ Click the green "Deposit" button.

3️⃣ Select a payment method. Click the dropdown menu at the top to filter payment methods via Direct EFT, Cards, Vouchers and Wallets.

4️⃣ Click the green "Deposit" button alongside the payment method you want to use.

5️⃣ Firstly, but not always, you will enter the amount you wish to deposit.

Here's how to make a Supabets voucher deposit:

Supabets withdrawal methods

Supabets withdrawal requirements

Before making a Supabets withdrawal, there are two things you need to ensure. Your Supabets account must be FICA verified and there mustn't be any bonus funds available in your balance. To play through your bonus, simply place bets at the qualifying odds (read the bonus terms and conditions) until your bonus balance is zero.

How to make a Supabets withdrawal

Making a Supabets withdrawal is easy as long as you’ve completed the above steps and you have at least R50 available in your cash balance. 

1️⃣ Log in to your Supabets account using your username and password.

2️⃣ Click the red profile icon at the top right of your screen.

3️⃣ Click the "Withdrawal" button near the top of the menu.

4️⃣ Select your preferred withdrawal method.

5️⃣ Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and follow the on-screen instructions for how to proceed with your Supabets withdrawal.

For FNB eWallet and Standard Bank Instant Money withdrawals, you'll need to confirm your mobile number. Simply click "Yes" or "No" to continue.

Supabets OTP withdrawals

1️⃣ Log in to your Supabets account using your username and password.

2️⃣ Click the red profile icon at the top right of your screen.

3️⃣ Click the "Withdrawal" button near the top of the menu.

4️⃣ Select the option that says "SB One Time PIN".

5️⃣ Confirm your mobile number by clicking "Yes" or "No".

6️⃣ Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click "Generate PIN". 

7️⃣ You will receive an OTP via SMS once your payment has been approved.

8️⃣ Take this code and proof of ID to any Supabets branch where you can collect your winnings from the teller.
